Initiate Your Return
Log into your NFHS account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a printout of your return authorization inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
